A Club Media Day gives players and coaches a polished portrait and gives families the chance to order personalised prints and digital packages. Designs are created around your club’s colours and identity, so the finished work feels like it belongs to your teams.
The photography session is free for the club. Families use their private Sports Frame-Studio gallery to view the six designs, choose packages or products, and place orders. There are no travel costs for the Club Media Day.

HOW THE DAY WORKS
From first conversation
to finished prints
- Plan the day
We discuss your preferred date, approximate player numbers, venue and club identity. Please request a date at least one month ahead so the club, venue and schedule can be planned properly.
- Register the players
Families complete the private player registration form using the link provided for their Media Day. A parent or guardian can add more than one child and provide separate consent choices for each player. Registrations close seven days before the photo shoot so the roster and player folders can be prepared.
- Photograph the teams
Players are scheduled by age group, with younger groups planned earlier where possible. The club receives a running order to share with families. Siblings can request consecutive slots and we’ll try to keep them together around the younger child’s group when the schedule allows. Attendance is checked as each player comes through.
- Create the designs
Portraits are prepared and turned into six personalised designs per player. Galleries are typically made available within 72 hours after the session.
- Open the galleries
Families receive a gallery code, password and private access details by email. They enter the code above, verify their parent or guardian email, and use the secure gallery to review designs, order prints and download paid digital purchases.
- Complete orders and the Club Cash Boost
The main ordering window is usually around three weeks, with the deadline arranged around month-end where possible. Eligible orders are totalled, production costs are confirmed and the club’s 20% share is calculated.
The scheduled photo start time is confirmed for each session. Around 10 seconds per portrait is a baseline camera-time estimate; lining up, changeovers and retakes can extend the timetable.
WHAT THE CLUB PROVIDES
A suitable indoor space
To run the session smoothly, the club provides an indoor venue with electricity, enough room for a small photography setup and a separate waiting area for players. A club organiser helps coordinate teams and keeps players ready for their time slot.

CLUB CASH BOOST
20% of eligible event profit
The Club Cash Boost is calculated from the Club Media Day’s eligible income after direct production costs, such as printing and packaging. It is paid once eligible orders have been completed and the final figures are confirmed. Orders placed after the advertised club deadline can still be available while the gallery is open, but they do not count towards the Club Cash Boost.
