Club Media Day registration is completed using the private link supplied for your player’s club. A parent or legal guardian completes the form for anyone under 18. Add each child attending in the same form, then make the photography and gallery permission choices separately for every player.
Registrations close seven days before the photo shoot so the player list and session plan can be prepared. Your details are reviewed in the Hub; after approval, the parent or guardian receives an email with the session details and next steps.
BEFORE THE SESSION
Add multiple children to one parent or guardian submission. Each child has their own details and consent choices. You can ask for siblings to be photographed one after the other; we’ll try to place them together around the younger child’s age-group slot where the schedule allows.
Age groups are planned from youngest to oldest. Your approval email includes the session start time; the confirmed age-group running order and arrival instructions will follow before the day. Allow for lining up and changeovers—the roughly 10 seconds per portrait is only a camera-time estimate, not a finish-time promise.
Wear the full home kit, including shin pads. Football boots are not needed. Goalkeepers should bring their gloves and wear them for the portrait. Remove jewellery, as you would for a match, and bring your game face.
DESIGNS AND ORDERING
After the session, each player’s portrait is prepared as six personalised designs. Families receive a gallery code and password by email. Enter the code in the bar below the navigation, then use the parent or guardian email and gallery password to request a one-time sign-in code. Once verified, choose a fixed package or individual products. The six-design digital collection is £29.99; package and print prices are shown in the gallery before checkout. Paid digital originals are available from Order Lookup after payment is confirmed.
The main ordering window is usually around three weeks, with the club deadline set around month-end where possible. Product choices and prices are shown in the gallery before you order. Keep your order confirmation email so you can return to your digital download.
DELIVERY AND DEADLINES
Orders placed by the advertised deadline are grouped and delivered to the club after printing and quality checks. Team managers or coaches distribute them to families.
If the gallery is still open, late orders may be available for home delivery by Royal Mail. Postage and packing charges apply, and late orders do not count towards the Club Cash Boost.
The gallery closing date is shown with the ordering information. The gallery is generally open for up to six weeks after it goes live.
Prints allow around five to seven working days after the club ordering deadline to reach Sports Frame-Studio for quality checking. Club handover follows once checks and arrangements are complete.
SUPPORTING THE CLUB
Orders placed by the advertised club deadline contribute to the event’s eligible income. The club receives a Club Cash Boost equal to 20% of event profit after direct production costs, such as printing and packaging. The final amount is calculated after eligible orders and costs have been confirmed.

Your Sports Frame-Studio gallery is typically made available within 72 hours after the Club Media Day.

Contact the club or Sports Frame-Studio. A private re-take may be discussed, subject to availability and arrangements.
If the gallery remains open, late orders may still be available. They are delivered to your home with postage and packing charges and do not count towards the club’s Cash Boost.
