We plan coverage with the organiser around agreed priority matches, finals and presentations. Tournament coverage follows the agreed schedule; it does not promise a photograph from every game.
Photographs are delivered in one private event gallery organised by team and match, with large watermarked previews, favourites, digital downloads and print options. One event access code is shared with families.

Families can find photographs by team and match, then order digital images or prints.
Permissions confirmed
The host confirms participating clubs’ photography permissions and provides any opt-out list before the event.

The event gallery is usually published within 7 days. It remains open for a 4-week ordering window so families have time to view and order their images.
